'CopperFieldLab originated from a dream: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza in San Francisco. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was originally a modest family-operated venue using recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Rossi, our founder, acquired the pizza crafting skillset on her travels across Italy, apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza masters. After her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the authentic Italian pizza experience, employing classic techniques and the best possible components.

Initiating with just a 12-seat pizza house, we've now flourished into a cherished local staple. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and genuine craftsmanship has remained intact. We persist in utilizing classic wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and choosing top-notch ingredients.

To this day, 'CopperFieldLab' is still run by the Rossi family, with its second generation at the helm of a devoted crew. While we've adopted some new practices, the essence of our enterprise still lies in creating delectable, original pizzas that gather folks together.
